Diode Laser Office Hysteroscopy Metroplasty for a thick septum

Septum is the most common uterine malformation associated to #infertility, specially to repeated pregnancy loss. We present a case of a thick septum that arrive till the internal OS. The procedure was performed by Office #Hysteroscopy without anesthesia. At the beginning scissor were used but due the tissue consistency then we decided to use diode laser at a wavelength of 1470nm (15Watt). Dioder laser cut and coagulates at the same time. Due to a myometrial component in the thick septum and in order to avoid pain while cutting we decide to use local #anesthesia. With a 34cm, 5Fr, Williams needle, through the scope working channel, we injected locally, Lidocaine at 2%. When the procedure was finished and in order to avoid adhesions we used Hyaluronic Acid Gel.
