How I choose happiness | You can too! I am happy and today I'm sharing why. Do you think that you can choose happiness? I never thought I had the ability to choose happiness and I’ve spent sometime unable to call myself happy. Now, I’m at a place in life where I can honestly say “I’m happy”. It’s not because things are perfect, but because I started to pay attention and care more about myself and my mental health. Would you say you are a happy or unhappy person? What makes you happy? I know it’s not as simple as it sounds, but hear me out. Happiness has become such an important and necessary thing in my life.
