What advice would you give to students who are interested in the Vis Moot Competition? On another episode of Arbitration Life, Janette and Hana sat down with Prof. Dr. Stefan Kröll. Prof. Dr. Stefan Kröll is one of the Directors of the Vis Moot. He is also a Professor for International Dispute Resolution at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He is a member of the advisory boards of the Vienna International Arbitration Center and the Arbitration Institute of the Finish Chamber of Commerce as well as Germany’s national correspondent to UNCITRAL for arbitration. As an independent arbitrator he has sat in more than 90 arbitrations (ICC, DIS, VIAC, SCC, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL, KCAB; ad-hoc; emergency arbitrator) involving private parties as well as state parties.
