The iGPSPORT BSC100S is iGPSPORT’s entry-level GPS cycling computer in the BSC lineup. At only $49.90, the BSC100S is a budget friendly GPS cycling computer that packs an impressive range of features. iGPSPORT has utilized a 2.6” black and white TFT LCD display with a predefined grid layout. The display has a unique dynamic bar graphic at the top of the display that adjusts based on the primary data field. Thanks to the small size, the BSC100S has a claimed 40 hour runtime with a 600 mAh internal battery and USB-C charging port. The computer uses a standard Garmin quarter turn mount and supports standard speed, cadence, heart rate and power meter sensors. iGPSPORT has incorporated a non-removable plastic Garmin mount to the base of the BSC100S’s plastic body to securely mount the computer. This is a standard quarter turn Garmin mount with two tabs that slide into a corresponding mount. Even though this is all plastic, the design works well for the light weight computer and lets you use nearly any third-party mount on the market. iGPSPORT includes a simple handlebar mount which uses two rubber straps to mount the computer on a handlebar or stem. We’d highly recommend using an out-front mount like the Topeak UTF or Trek’s Blendr mounts instead to place the computer directly in front of the stem for optimal viewing angle. The iGPSPORT BSC100S has a compact design with a tall 2.6” screen for improved visibility. Compared to today’s oversized computers, it feels fairly compact and has a glossy screen and tall bezels above and below the screen. In terms of dimensions, the BSC100S is a slim 86.7x51x14.9mm with angled front and rear edges. The computer has a semi-gloss black plastic body with subtle cutouts along the sides of the computer to give it a sleeker appearance. Branding is limited to the iGPSPORT logo on the front of the computer and above the screen. With this being a non-touch screen computer, there are two buttons on the bottom edge of the computer to control it. Each of the buttons has a raised design with labels next to them on the screen.
