Welcome to the 12th and final class of Beginners Yoga Module B! A HUGE Congratulations to you all!!! This is a truly memorable moment and in honour of this last session together I've infused the practice with an extra burst of energy, giving it my absolute ALL so that we end on the highest note possible. So I hope you'll follow my lead, pushing yourselves further than you thought possible and taking it as deep as you can go! As always we have some new poses: Parivrtta Parvskaonasana 7, Full Uttanasana, Full Parighasana Prep 1 and blissful Savasana, the fruit of our practice and the gateway to deeper meditative states. Today we also take the very important step of writing the sequence down. This is truly the biggest gift that I can give you and is absolutely CRUCIAL in supporting you to make the practice fully yours. Creating your own self-practice. Something that you'll have for life. With this in mind I'd love it if you would commit to practicing this sequence from your notes a minimum of 3X a week for the next few months so that the integration is complete and deep before continuing onto Intermediate Module A. Meanwhile please take a moment to honour this incredible transition from Beginner to Intermediate. I know how much work, pain, joy and commitment it is to get here and if we were together we'd be celebrating with hugs and delicious dahl. But in the absence of that please do take a moment to share your experience with me here. This is a co-creative space best expressed with the beautiful Zulu word Ubuntu. "I am because you are."
