Add this to 1 1/2 cups boiling water and cook for 15 minutes or until couscous is fully cooked. Drain and set aside. Chop all vegetables and herbs and place in a large bowl. In a separate container, combine the ingredients for the dressing. Add the couscous to the vegetables and drizzle the dressing on top. Mix thoroughly. Store in the refrigerator. 🗝️ Easy Tapioca Pudding 3 cups whole milk 1/4 cup tapioca granules https://amzn.to/43tHZz1 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt Combine milk, tapioca granules, and salt in a pan over medium heat. Cook 12 - 15 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Refrigerate.
