Here's how to make frothed milk suitable for latte art with a hand frother. 1. Prepare the coffee (i use instant) 2. Heat the milk in the microwave until it's hot (60C, takes me 70 seconds). 3. Pour the milk in a milk jug 4. Hold frother in the middle for 3-4 seconds. The longer you do this the more foam there is. 5. Hold the frother closer to the edge, so the milk just spins without adding any extra air. Do this until you don't see any big bubbles anymore and then 10 seconds longer. 6. Pour from higher up first, then get closer to pour your design. I used the IKEA Produkt frother for 1 euro so if it works with this one it works with any. The bigger bubbles in the end result are because of how i poured the coffee, they were not in the milk.
