This video for Security Personnel and Police shows you how to use the armdrag to get non-compliant assailants into restraints. As Security Personnel or Police Officers restraints are often taught against passive opponents, however in reality, that is not the case. We can’t just put someone straight into a wrist lock or hammerlock – we first have to bridge the gap. We do that with the arm drag shown here. We show you a few variations from securing the arm.
