Plenty capable bass and subbass Warm and pleasant sound More detailed than the previous generation A bit boomy, but the EQ can help with that. For many genres, honestly the boomy sound is ideal I listened to The War On Drugs which has a lot of layers and just tons of stuff going on. These kept up and made it feel like I was there. Dynamic and lively sound Sometimes, if I am not playing music, I hear strange static and beeping sounds in the left bud And following that thread of traveling, you obviously need the battery life to last the whole flight. Here in the US, pretty much any domestic flight is 6 hrs or less. 6/24 hrs battery with ANC (4/16 with immersion) So what is immersion mode?
