This cataract appeared like an intumescent cataract, but it was not. In intumescent cataracts, as soon as we make a puncture at the central part of the anterior capsule, some turbid fluid comes out. But in this case nothing came out. So, it was not an intumescent cataract. We can say that this is a ‘Mature senile cataract’. -------------------------------------------------- Dear Doctor, For SICS / Phaco Training: Call: +919734523795, WhatsApp: +917076674212 Email: [email protected] Let it be known to you that: There is a free-entry nice platform on Telegram named "Ocular Surgery Worldwide" created by me to share cataract and other ocular surgery skills through videos.
