Rudder pedals don't get a lot of love, and if you're like me, you used the twist on your joystick to make do. When I decided to get into DCS, I was able to snag a warthog hotas set up, and found out that it doesn't have the twist... So I quickly picked up the cheapest pedals that were in stock. Those were the Logitech Pro Flight Rudder pedals for about $160 at the time. They did bring a lot to the game, and worked well for all intents and purposes. Unlike others, I did not have any issues with mine at all. But, then I decided to get into the helo side of DCS... And that is where the decision to upgrade my pedals came into effect. The Thrustmaster TPRs are sweet, but are they worth $600? If you're only flying the F18 or other modern jets, I don't think so. I can only speak from my experience, so overall the choice is yours, but hopefully this video shows you some of the differences. They helped me switch out faulty GPU and gave me full credit back on it a year later.
