Episode # 5 of Tackle Tuesday. How to splice braid to braid. On the beach we will do an uni uni in an emergency situation, but when we get home we cut the uni knots and do braid to braid splices. This allows a very very strong connection point that is also seamless. No more problems with your connections going thru guides. This is especially good to do for Texas anglers who often get frayed braid and need to load more on a reel. We try never ever to tie knots.
