Biceps Feeling Tighter? Me too! Listen we could be lazy today and skip, but why? Every time that we do another Biceps Workout we are putting coins into the Bigger Biceps "I love my pythons" Bank! Let's do this! Day 6 - Todays Biceps session once again incorporates negative reps but we make them even more spicy! Todays strategy incorporates 1 negative rep followed by 2 regular reps - OVER AND OVER!! For every 35 second cycle you will do as many Negative 2x1/1 reps as you can with good form!
