In this tutorial I will show you how to use common anode 7 segment display using Arduino. I will also show you how you can use Visuino IDE from Mitov Software to easily program the display. We will compare the Visuino code with what you might right within the Arduino IDE. The 7 segment display type is MAN71A with common Anode. This means that you will need to connect the common Anode to 5V and each segment will need to be connected to ground (or set the corresponding Arduino pin LOW) Things you will need: Arduino Uno wires breadboard 7 segment display.
