I’m not someone who thrives being busy all the time, but sometimes life just happens that way. So here’s a reminder: You don’t always have to be busy. You don’t always have to be moving or doing. It’s okay to slow down. It’s okay to rest. Give yourself space to be more present. Just like the trees behind me - shifting into their autumn colors and getting ready to end its cycle before starting a new one. We can also do the same by shedding what's not needed and focusing on what's important. Tuning into the seasons gives us power. It offers regeneration, energy, contemplation, space, and awareness.
