In today's video, we present 2 different methods of preparing shyavige from raw banana. Here we are using giant governor breed for this purpose. This breed is best suitable for either ripening or any dishes in cooking. Mr. VK Sharma says, as an intercrop of areca, giant governor breed of bananas are best for agriculturists for day today use. About the recipe, actually raw bananas cooked as a whole, pressed shyavige, and then 2 types of dishes made from the shyavige, those are chitra shyavige and curd shyavige. One is similar to chitranna, and the other resembles curd rice. Both are very healthy and tasty.
