BEST ISLAND in VIETNAM? | CON DAO | VIETNAM travel vlog 4k

Is Con Dao the best island in Vietnam? In this travel vlog, we spend 3 days on the tiny, beautiful and remote island of Con Dao (aka Con Son), off the Southeast coast of Vietnam, to find out just why everyone who visits this slice of paradise loves it. Con Dao island is relatively undeveloped compared to mainland Vietnam and is like a little brother to the more popular Phu Quoc island. Con Dao has a very chilled-out vibe of a small town, so don't expect too much nightlife here. Con Dao's main attractions are in the day-time, with a multitude of beautiful beaches to sunbathe on, a lush National Park to hike through, and some cultural and historic sites to visit to learn about Con Dao's history as a French prison island. There are several luxury accommodations on the island if you want a boujee escape, or for the best of both worlds, you can buy food/drinks there (like us) and enjoy their amenities without the price tag. We stayed at Villa Maison, well-known on the island for its gourmet food, for ~1 million VND/night. Even during COVID time, prices throughout the island were affordable for food, accommodation and attractions.
