MATERIALS NEEDED: Soft pastels Collage Paper (I’m using medical exam paper and thicker teabag paper, but you can use any collage paper you normally use) Brush (one that you would normally be gestural with) small mixing bowl acrylic medium (I’m using Golden Satin Glazing Liquid) water surface to dry the papers on Get the vibrant and textured pastel marks on your collage papers using this method that adheres the pastel to the collage paper and seals it so that it won’t run, move around, or mix with other colors!
