Not just the form, but also their integration of light, air and nature merges with Kerala architecture principles and vernacular elements to create a modern home that exists in harmony with nature. Existing conditions and context set in motion the zoning of spaces, and the layout follows. All spaces overlook the courtyard. While the rooms are thoughtfully designed, the terraces, verandahs, transition spaces, corridors, and sit-out areas together create an inviting environment that adds rhythm to its architecture.
