These videos serve as both audio samples of each etude from the AMEA regional selection, as well as a breakdown of the excerpts themselves as well as the audition process as a whole, featuring professors and professional musicians from all around the state. Good luck to you, and happy practicing! Grand Canyon University is holding our yearly Mock Audition on Monday, January 16, 2023, on our main campus between 9-4pm, and would love for you to join us! A Mock audition will include performing your scales, etudes, and sight-reading for our faculty in a practice setting. You will receive feedback, via email, from our professors about how to improve your playing and audition-taking skills.
