Biswabrata Goswami KRISHNAGAR, 3 AUGUST: A group of DLEd qualified and TET passed candidates today took out a rally in Krishnagar demanding their appointment in the primary schools. They took out the rally from Krishnagar Government College and reached at District Primary School Council office. They squatted on the premises of DPSC and said the chief minister Mamata Banerjee has assured that all TET passed candidates will be absorbed phase wise. Around 16500 teachers will be appointed and the state government has already given appointment to 12500 candidates. But in the first phase appointment, the experienced DLEd qualified candidates were not given appointment. “We are the trained candidates. So, the appointment in the primary schools should be given first to us.
