This video is a warning spoken in good faith, not against any people, group, or nation — but against the path we are collectively drifting toward. My name is Abebe Negash. I speak on behalf of Ethiopian Hearts for Peace and African Hearts for Peace. This message is not political propaganda. It is not an endorsement of violence. It is not an attack on any ethnic group, armed movement, or government. It is a truth-based analysis shared out of concern for Ethiopia, the Horn of Africa, and future generations. What This Video Addresses Ethiopia is standing at a dangerous crossroads. Armed movements are growing and aligning Foreign governments are celebrating internal divisions Regional and global powers are competing over the Red Sea and the Nile Drones and modern warfare are becoming normalized Dialogue mechanisms are losing public trust History shows us that when many foreign interests celebrate one internal armed force, it is often not because they care about the people — but because they see strategic advantage. This video asks hard but necessary questions: What happens if Ethiopia becomes the battlefield for Red Sea and Horn of Africa geopolitics? What happens if internal conflicts merge into a regional war? What happens if Ethiopians lose sovereignty not by defeat, but by fragmentation? Can any armed victory truly bring peace when grievances remain unresolved? On Fano, Armed Movements, and Legitimacy This video does not demonize Fano, nor does it deny: Amhara grievances Historical marginalization Loss of land and security Failures of the current state However, it raises a serious concern: Armed struggle without a trusted national dialogue risks replacing one crisis with many others. When alliances form without clarity, accountability, or shared national vision, the danger is not just regime change — it is state collapse. On Regional & Global Dynamics This video discusses, carefully and responsibly: Eritrea’s involvement Sudan’s unresolved border disputes Egypt and the Nile negotiations The Red Sea militarization Somaliland and external interests The role of global powers Not to accuse — but to warn. Ethiopia cannot afford to become the arena where others settle their strategic rivalries. The Core Message War will not solve Ethiopia’s problems. Even if one war ends, unresolved grievances will ignite another. The only sustainable path forward is: Inclusive dialogue Truth-telling without demonization Legitimacy through consent, not force Governance reform that reflects Ethiopia’s reality Peace before power This is why Ethiopian Hearts for Peace and African Hearts for Peace exist — to insist that life is more important than victory, and that truth must serve healing, not domination. This Is a Call — Not a Threat This message is shared: Before missiles replace words Before drones replace dialogue Before another generation inherits trauma It is spoken while there is still time. Final Note You may agree or disagree. But disagreement should lead to dialogue — not destruction. If this message resonates, share it. If it challenges you, reflect on it. If it angers you, ask why. Peace is not weakness. Dialogue is not surrender. Truth is not betrayal. May Ethiopia choose life. — Abebe Negash Ethiopian Hearts for Peace African Hearts for Pea
