Monty's Surprise: Fighting cancer with heritage fruit

Mark and friends where out for a drive one day when they came across a century old apple tree. Mark says the apple is delicious, great for cooking, disease resistant and has great 'anti-cancer' properties. Thanks to the wonderful high-levels of natural flavinoids that it and many other heritage fruit contain. Mark is based is Wanganui where he runs a heritage nursery and is the research director of the Central Tree Crops Research Trust.
