The answer is no on the first question and for the reasons provided in the video response and the answer to the second question would be 'yes' due to the seriousness of infringing on a person's most basic human right of what goes into their body. Civil Disobedience is moral, just and required at times. Throughout our history, the greatest changes that have occurred pertaining to advances in human rights and liberty have been through acts of defiance to government and through civil disobedience. The manner in which some individuals, corporations, groups and governments have responded to this pandemic have been grossly wrong, discriminatory, unjust and immoral. When this occurs, we have an obligation as humans to safeguard our natural rights through acts of civil disobedience..... real systemic change is found at the end of such righteous actions.
