Just signed our offer letter as I'm posting this, hence why I'm a little late today. Wow you guys. This is a dream come true and I know for those of you who watch my vlogs, you know how long I've wanted this. I'm so excited and scared but feeling ready for whatever is thrown my way because this is the first and only time we've not had any anxiety putting in an offer on a home which, to me, says a lot. I've thought about this cottage for over a year at this point and never could get my mind off of it even after all the homes we've seen. It's tiny, very old, kind of poorly "flipped", and in a new town far from friends but I have a vision for her and she is so special to me. Can't wait to take you guys along for this cottage restoration and our new life with roots in Pinehurst. Cheers to new beginnings and thank you all from the bottom of my heart for supporting me :') 🔑
