Writing your first method, affinity with the phase library in Unicorn

This video will show you how to write a pretty good affinity method in Unicorn, even if it is your first time. For this video we use the phase library to write the method. Subsequent videos will show you exactly how to set up your AKTA Avant and run the method. Affinity chromatography is a way to separate macro-molecules based on a specific lock and key interaction between two proteins. Here we write a method for Protein A resin (or media) from Cytiva (GE Healthcare) for purification.
