"Paneer Tikka" Shashlik Sizzler & "Special Tandoori Mixed Grill" at Rose Restaurant, Kingsbury.

Once again we are very, much honoured to be allowed a very privileged peek inside the kitchen of Rose Restaurant in Kingsbury to watch our favourite starter dishs' being prepared and made (namely the "Rose Special Tandoori Mixed Grill" & "Paneer Tikka"). This is our all time favourite Indian vegetarian restaurant, if we go to Kingsbury then highly likely we'll be eating lunch or dinner here. In this video we can see the master chef make his version of Paneer Tikka..........the actual recipe is a secret but we can confirm that it is absolutely Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!! This is wonderful "Indian Style Street Food" at it's very best...........but in a restaurant, (we have eaten the equivalent dish in other restaurants & nowhere has come close to this restaurants version). The Rose Special Tandoori Mixed Grill consists of a selection of marinated vegetables like: Mogo, Mushrooms, Capsicum (bell-peppers), Onion, Tomatoes & Paneer Chunks which are all grilled in a Tandoor clay oven & then served piping hot on a sizzler.
