Albania's most beautiful heritage town - GJIROKASTER | 4K Travel Vlog We visited Gjirokaster on a day trip from Saranda on our Albanian holiday in 2019. We took a bus ride and the views throughout the journey to Gjirokaster will blow you away ! The old town of Gjirokaster is listed as a Unesco world heritage site and it has to be one of the most beautiful towns in Albania and the Balkans. We took a tour guide and went around the whole of then old town and then on to the castle.
