ORANGE CREAMSICLE POPSICLES RECIPE 📌Ingredients: 1 and ¼ cup of squeezed oranges (naval oranges work best) OR store bought OJ ¾ cup of full fat canned coconut milk (leave out at room temperature and stir upon opening so that it's mixed well) 1/3 cup of maple syrup 📌Instructions 1. Squeeze oranges into a measuring cup and then pour into your blender 2. Stir canned coconut milk and pour ¾ cup into blender with OJ 3. Add 1/3 cup of maple syrup (or more if you like things on the sweeter side) 4. Blend until creamy, at least 1 minute. 5. Pour into popsicles molds and freeze for 6+ hours and enjoy! Yield: Depends on your popsicle molds, but we got 5 popsicles. Double the recipe for more popsicles! Alternate Version as seen in YouTube Video: 📌Ingredients: 1 and ¼ cup of freshly squeezed Oj (naval oranges work best) OR store bought OJ Cream from refrigerated full fat canned coconut milk (I used slightly less than all of the hardened part) ½ cup of regular coconut milk – we used Califia Farms (or oat milk if you want a less coconut-y flavor). 1/3 cup of maple syrup 📌Instructions 1. Squeeze oranges into a measuring cup and then pour into your blender 2. Scoop out the coconut cream (the hardened top part of the refrigerated canned coconut milk) and put almost all of it in the blender. 3. Add 1/3 cup of maple syrup (or more if you like things on the sweeter side). 4. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk to the blender (or oat milk). 4. Blend until creamy, at least 1 minute. 5. Pour into popsicles molds and freeze for 6+ hours and enjoy!
