STE(A)M Learning Ecologies - Exploring Ecological Beaches: On-Field Activity with ISPRA

We are excited to share this video created by the Italian Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) as part of our collaborative efforts in the STE(A)M Learning Ecologies project. On March 25, 2024, as part of the SLEs European project in which APRE is partner, the middle school class of I.C. Guicciardini (Rome) took part in an outdoor activity at the “Station” LTER (Long Term Ecological Research) in Lazio. Researchers from ISPRA, together with the Reserve Management Chief Dr. Corrado Battisti, organized a walk through the Torre Flavia LTER for the class and showed how the management of the protected area is daily conducted.
