Local songstress and purveyor of beautiful, twangy, jazzy, vintage-inspired tunes, Sweet Megg is no stranger to the Acme stage. She's been beguiling audiences down on our humble stage for years (when she isn't busy on the road with Postmodern Jukebox, Cirque Du Soleil, or teaching yoga classes around town), and we're happy to say that her brand new LP, Never Been Home, is officially out now! It has a little bit of everything for everyone, from rollicking boot-stompers to vibed-out ballads. It's possibly the most realized collection of songs the rising star has put out to date, and it's impossible not to get a sense of exactly who Megg Farrell is upon first listen.
