adapted from WIKIPEDIA: "Another Girl" features the often-utilized three-part harmonies between John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison, but it is one of the only instances in which Lennon sings the highest notes. McCartney said of this and other album tracks, "It's a bit much to call them fillers because I think they were a bit more than that, and each one of them made it past the Beatles test. We all had to like it." PERSONNEL: Paul McCartney (composer, double-tracked lead vocal, bass guitar, lead guitar); John Lennon (harmony vocal, electric rhythm guitar); George Harrison (harmony vocal, acoustic rhythm guitar); Ringo Starr (drums); George Martin (producer); Norman "Hurricane" Smith, Ken Scott (engineers) Recorded Feb. 15-16, 1965 and released in UK Aug. 6 on vinyl PARLOPHONE LP #PMC 1255 (XEX.549), "THE BEATLES Songs from the film 'HELP!'"
