We did it on 8 September 2018. This time we did get 83% attendees. Thanks to all the attendees for joining us on the weekend. In such events, we give an introduction to the Design Sprint 2.0. We teach attendees how it can save them a lot of efforts, time, and money at the team or organization level. They learn how it can help them solve any critical challenge faster and better in a week. ––––– 👉 Doing a Design Sprint is like fast-forwarding into the future, so you can see how customers react before you spend all the time and expense of building a real product. ––––– We pick a few exercises from the Design Sprint and give attendees a hands-on experience of it; so that they can experience how a Design Sprint feels like. And... attendees love it! They learn how they can find problems, solutions to them, and prioritize them without any discussions. That's "Lightning Decision Jam". Once they experience it, they get excited to implement it at work and replace default ways of discussions. We love to teach them and share our experiences of Design Sprints.
