Here is Episode (4) of our trip to the Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort. In this show we go off road on a quad bike tour courtesy of Big Foot Adventure Tours. Opting for the 2 hour tour we were taken through sugar cane plantations, down tracks where you had to breathe in or be swatted by palm leaves, over rivers SPLASH, along stone tracks, very rocky for passengers! Down steep gradients where a scream seemed the only noise to make! On top of all the bumping, sliding and eventual soaking, we visited some stunning scenery along the route, our guide (Yanik) was great giving us plenty of time to explore and take photos. Situated at the “Andrea Lodges” on the beautiful south coast of Mauritius. The experience allow you to see a different side to Mauritius from the seat of an All Terrain Vehicle.
