In this week’s episode, we temporarily pause work on our Prince Charming SDV6 Discovery 4 to make space for long-overdue maintenance on Vera’s 2006 LR3. After taking it on epic adventures through the Western Alps, Eastern Alps, and Spain, it’s time to give it the care it deserves—including oil changes for the engine, transfer case, and differentials. But there’s a problem—Prince Charming is blocking the lift! Our solution? A custom transport cart that lets us move the body out of the way with ease, rolling it into the driveway until we’re ready to continue assembly. Once the LR3 was up on the lift, maintenance went smoothly—until we discovered a severe coolant leak. Diagnosing and repairing it required some extra effort, but with the right tools and techniques, we got the job done!
