My first EVER 24 hour race - 24h Spa Francorchamps in the Citroen C1 CUP

This was an unforgettable experience that I had done in October 2024. I joined a (surprisingly cheap) team for the 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps in the Citroen C1 CUP. More than 100 cars were on the track AT THE SAME TIME! Although I hadn't had a chance to properly settle in the car before the race, I gradually was able to build up my (and the team's) confidence to start pushing more and more. As the laps went by, things were getting more and more crazy. With overtakes, traffic and low visibility as night time started to arise, I had to navigate cautiously to avoid any incidents that could or had happened on the track. At the end of my first 3 hours of racing, I was able to gain 30 positions. And we managed to finish the 24 hour race but lost some places during the race, because of some engine issues and some near-crash moments. One more thing to note though, is that while I was editing this video, I came to the conclusion that I am not very confident with my overtakes. This has been apparent in my most recent sim racing videos as well, so this is more proof that I will need to take this issue seriously and properly work on improving my race craft.
