Do you struggle with having the proper intensity before games to perform your best? This week I discuss how to raise your intensity before game time. Many athletes under perform because of lack of intensity during matches. But why is this an issue? When athletes perform with a high level of intensity they have higher levels of focus which results in a better overall performance. If you're not focusing well, it's important to assess your intensity. Not all athletes need to perform at a super high intensity. Some athletes perform better with a medium or low level intensity.
