How to Make Russian Potato & Beet Salad/ سلطة الروسية /

This is my husband favorite salad. His dad used to make it for him a lot. His dad learned this recipe when he was in Russia for his master degree in engineering. So I made it for my husband per his request. It is very delicious and it similar to American potato salad. It is very good side dish with BBQ especially. #russiansalad #سلطة_الروسية Ingredients:- 3 big boiled potato or around 10 small one cut into small cubes 3 boiled eggs cut into small cubs 1 can whole beets, washed and cut into small cubes 1 small onion, diced small 1 pickle, chopped into small cubes ½ cup cooked peas (I used frozen) ½ tsp salt or to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste 1/4 cup mayo ( add more if you like it more creamer) 1 Tbsp yellow mustard (optional ) 1-2 Tbsp vinegar OR 2 Tbsp pickle juice First mix all the all chopped ingredients then add mayonnaise, pepper, vinegar or pickle juice and salt and mix well keep in the fridge for an hour, so everything get marinated well.
