In a utopian world, we would all be satisfied, we would all know how to satisfy our partners and things would just come naturally to all of us fast. But we don't live in that kind of world, do we? Although we are obviously different within the same sex (based on personality, preferences, age, social status, education and I could go on forever - yes, all these have an impact also on our sexual lives) there are two general differences when it comes to sexual encounters and arousal based on the two energies that make up everything around us: male and female. In this episode, we approach how being stuck in our heads. It looks a bit different with each sex, but the damage we do is the same: we generate a bad or completely missing sexual connection with our partner. I bring up two examples of such situations but exacerbated. It is first and foremost to make a point. Just as I say in the video, do take them as examples and try to use them as inspiration for what to do when you face anything similar (even if not that intense).
