Fabius Bile, known as the "Primogenitor," "Clone Lord," and "Manflayer," is a Chaos Space Marine Apothecary and Chaos Lord of the Traitor Legions, formerly the Emperor's Children. A master of cloning, genetic engineering, and alchemical manipulation, Bile seeks to surpass the Emperor’s achievements by creating a perfected human, the “New Man.” His experiments are infamous across the galaxy, leaving behind twisted abominations, altered populations, and a legacy of horror. Bile has earned multiple epithets reflecting his atrocities: on Dimmamar, he forced populations to ingest transformative serums; on Arden IX, he wore the skins of his victims; on Paramar V, he replaced firstborn children with vat-grown clones. To himself, only “Primogenitor” suffices, as he considers himself the rebirth of the Emperor’s genetic artistry. A renegade even among the Emperor’s Children, Bile amplified the Legion’s senses and pleasure centres during the Horus Heresy, then fled Terra, offering his services to warlords, rebels, and Chaos forces across the galaxy. Operating from the Eye of Terror, he experiments on both loyalist and traitor populations, producing warriors of immense strength, cloning soldiers, and providing the Traitor Legions with the vital ability to harvest Progenoid Glands. Bile sustains his life over centuries by repeatedly transferring his consciousness into self-made clones, his body constantly ravaged by the Blight virus. His ultimate goal is the capture and genetic exploitation of Primaris Space Marines, particularly targeting Roboute Guilliman, all in the service of perfecting humanity under his singular vision.
