#kitchentalesbyneethu #tasty #recipe #food #cooking #homemade #malayalam #kerala #preparations #grilled #chicken #arabic #tandoori #marinade Music: Chill Vibes Musician: VN Video Editor Grilled chicken with Arabic and tandoori marinade 1 kg chicken thighs and legs with skin Wash and strain the chicken For the marinade 2 tbs sunflower oil 11/2 tsp curd 1 tsp salt 1tsp spicy chilli powder 2 tbs Kashmiri chilli powder Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs 2 tbs lime juice For dry masala 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp clove powder 1 tsp fennel powder 1 tsp dried lemon powder 1 tsp pepper powder Red food colour if needed Tomato paste 2 tbs ( for tomato paste boil 1 tomato and then grind and again boil until slightly thicken ) Mix everything well and marinate the chicken overnight or atleast for 5 hours Then before roasting bring the chicken to room temperature and then preheat the oven for 10 minutes and after preheating the oven keep the chicken for 45 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees ( see the video if any doubt ) For hummus Pressure cook white channa 1/2 cup and remove the skin For tahini Roast white seaseme seed 2 tbs Then grind in a mixer jar adding extra virgin olive oil and garlic and make fine paste Then add channa to the jar and add chilled water , salt , lime juice and 3 garlic and again grind , add lots of extra virgin olive oil Garnish with paprika For garlic sauce Make sure the grinder is dry , then add 2 egg whites, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tbs sunflower oil ,grind for 1 minute, then add 1 drop lime juice and pinch of salt , again add 1 tbs sunflower oil and grind until thick
