Fischl is one of the best (supporting) DPS units at the moment. She is also an excellent Electro Enabler (meaning she applies Electro consistently with her Raven Oz, even when she herself is not on the field, allowing you to combo it with any of the other elements for their respective elemental reactions). Tips: Fischl's Raven (E) stays on the battlefield for his full duration (10s at base lv.) even if you switch to another character. Great if you want to combo her Electro with any of your other characters. Even though Fischl's Raven (E) only stays out for 10s at a time (on a 25s cooldown), you can summon him again through your Ultimate (Q) once he is on cooldown. This will basically refresh his summoning duration and you'll get another full 10s. Her Ult (Q) is on a very low cooldown, so if you get enough Elemental DMG off to recharge it quickly, you can keep the Raven out almost permanently.
