It wasn't long ago Vaporesso were presenting us with their Target 80 Pod Mod. Time moves swiftly with the Shenzhen based manufacturer and weeks later here we are with the Target 100 kit. So what's different? Is this really an upgrade? The answer is yes. It's different. It uses the new iTank with an improved airflow design and dedicated GTi mesh coils. The step up to 100W honestly means the requirement for a single 21700 because I didn't have much luck using an 18650 battery with the included GTi coil. Voltage drop and battery lag plagued the device. However, it wasn't an issue using alternative tanks and my OXVA Arbiter 2 RTA took to the mod like an enthusiastic newbie to vaping.. If you're looking for a powerful, consistent and flavoursome vape go for a 21700 battery. Under moderate use you'll harvest a days use although the tank guzzles juice like it's about to be heavily taxed.. Personally, the new GTi coils have the edge over the GTX range. That's saying something because Vaporesso know how to produce great stock plug and play coils. It's worth the upgrade. Just a shame it comes so soon after the last in the Target range.
