How to install Android 12 beta

Hello everyone, Today we're going to go through the steps of installing Android 12 beta on your device. The process itself is rather simple and straightforward, but there are some caveats: 1. As with all beta versions of software, I do not recommend installing this on your main device. And Google themselves warn you at the beginning of the process that this is not a version of Android 12 that is deemed stable enough for public release. As such, it may be best to wait until the final release in order to upgrade your daily driver. 2. Make sure you have a backup prior to starting. You can actually opt-out of the program at any point, but rolling back to Android 11 will involve wiping your device completely, so you may end up losing data. Just make sure to back everything up before you start. 3. Also, you will need a phone from the list of eligible devices...which isn't particularly long. Tom's guide built the complete list of supported devices here: https://www.tomsguide.com/news/androi... Now as for the process itself, it's actually rather simple: Navigate to the Android 12 Beta landing page here: https://developer.android.com/about/v... Then, depending on the device you have, you will need to follow the steps that Google provides. On the Pixel devices, you simply need to enroll in the beta program, and Android 12 beta will be delivered as a software upgrade, usually within minutes of enrolling. At this point, you only need to download the update, and then simply restart the device at the end of the downloading process. Hope this short guide helps you out in installing Android 12 beta on your device. I will be making another video soon, where we will take a look at Android 12 after I spend a couple of days at least with the new OS. If you found the video useful or informative, please give it a thumbs-up, and subscribe to the channel, so that you don't miss any of my future videos.
