In this video, we demonstrate the use of Velvet Spray and Velvet Silk Spray, both designed to create a professional velvet finish on frozen desserts such as entremets, mousses, ice creams and chocolate creations. Velvet Sprays, formulated with cocoa butter, generate a classic velvet texture through the crystallization of cocoa butter when applied to cold or frozen surfaces. Velvet Silk Sprays, on the other hand, feature our new oil-based formula, delivering an even more refined and homogeneous finish with enhanced color intensity. Technical usage guidelines: Apply on cold or frozen surfaces (entremets, mousses, ice creams, chocolate). • Shake thoroughly before use. • Spray from a distance of 20–25 cm to achieve an even coating. • Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use. • Store the can between 20–25°C before use.
