DCC Speed Matching Using JMRI and Accutrack II Speedometer

I try my best at explaining the methods of simple and complex DCC speed matching using an Accutrack II speedometer and JMRI. Demonstration is done with HO scale locomotives with ESU Loksound decoders. For other scales or other decoder types/brands, similar steps can be taken to ensure that your locomotives run nicely together. Please note that ESU decoders have an active CV5 (max voltage) regardless if you are using a speed table or not. It has come to my attention that other brands of decoders may have their CV5 become inactive when you select the speed table, in that case you will have to adjust the top speed again in the speed table after you have already done it with CV5.
