Hi everyone! I created this Sekhem All Love Reiki session to balance the throat chakra (visshuda, which means "pure" or "purification.") It is the center of communication and self-expression. This will encourage you to speak your truth, express yourself, advocate for yourself, and share your creativity out loud. In this session: we do energy healing, breath work, and self massage. I've also included journal prompts for you to ponder. Since this is focused on the throat, feel free to say these aloud or record a voice memo to yourself. Journal Prompts: 1. What came up for you during this session? 1a. What were the predominate thoughts, feelings, or sensations in your body that you experienced? 2. In what areas of your life are you calling in open communication? 2a.What is one small actionable step you can take to communicate with others in a loving, caring, and compassionate manner? 3.
