Year 5 at Grafton Primary School in Dagenham, London, created four films exploring the rights of the child. Topics included freedom of expression, health & the environment, racism & the right to learn & use one’s own language, & the protection of children from exploitation & child labour. 5 Maple created this cut-out stop-motion animation inspired by Beverley Naidoo's Journey To Jo'burg. "We have the right to use own language, culture and religion - even if these are not shared by most people in the country where we live."
