Gujarati Green Chilly Pickle Ingredients: 1. Vadhvani Mirch - 20Nos 2. Salt - 1.25 tbsp 3. Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp 4. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp 5. Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp 6. Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp 7. Dry Mango powder - 1tbsp 8. Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 pinch How to make Gujarati Green Chilly Pickle: Step 1: Day 1 - Cut the green chilly into slit and remove inside seeds. Step 2: In a bowl add salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Step 3: Take a pinch of mix and stuff the chilli. Step 4: Repeat the process for rest of the chillies. Step 5: Add the remaining mixture to the chillies. Step 6: Add lemon juice and mix well. Step 7: Cover it and let it rest overnight. Step 8: Day 2- Now keep the soaked chillies on a dry cloth for one day. Step 9: Day 3 - In a bowl add mustard oil, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, salt and asafetida and mix well. Step 10: Add green chillies from the cloth and mix well let it rest for 4 to 5 hours. Step 11: Store it in glass jar and keep it in refrigerator…..
