Atsuko Kudo Couture Latex Design

Atsuko Kudo is a couture latex designer whose work bridges the gap between fetish and high fashion. Her unique pieces, often characterised by feminine silhouettes, a lace motif and the use of hole puncturing, have famously been worn by Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Kate Moss. As well as supplying items for established designers, including Hussein Chalayan, Vivienne Westwood and Fendi, and previously collaborating with Nichola Formichetti, her pieces regularly appear in editorial shoots in publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire and Sunday Times Style. Alongside established lingerie brand, Agent Provocateur, Atsuko Kudo recently showed their new collection at Lingerie London. The lingerie fashion show event was established by The Seven Bar Foundation, a charity which works with lingerie brands to raise the profile of its organisation, the purpose of which is to help women out of poverty through microfinance.
